Q: What can your UV printer print?
A: The UV Printer can print on almost any flat hard material such as mobile phone cases, leather, wood, glass, metal, plastic, promotional items etc. With fixed jig, it can also print on curve surfaces such as cups, golf balls, pens etc. By printing on UV DTF A film, it can also print UV DTF Stickers to transfer to products of irregular shape such as helmets and mugs.
Q: Is UV printing scratch-resistant? Is it washable?
A: With Refinecolor UV inks which passed high temperature test, water resistance test, scratch resistance test, color fastness test, the printed items are waterproof and fade-resistant, and the printed surface is also scratch-resistant and durable.
Q. How to do maintenance if I don't use the printer for a long time?
A. The printer have automatic cleaning system, with keeping the printer on, it will activate every 4 hours. You can also setting the automatic cleaning time in printer software, we suggested cleaning every 4 hours or 8 hours. If you don't use for 3 days, you can put some protection liquid on capping station to make the nozzle moisturized. If you don't use it for a month, you could use cleaning liquid to clean the nozzle and our technician will share with you detailed operation video.
