RF-60 Pro
Refinecolor
This 60cm UV DTF Sticker Printer (RF-60Pro) is a revolution in on-demand customization. It is engineered specifically for creating vibrant, high-adhesion "crystal stickers," solving one of the industry's biggest challenges: decorating irregular, curved, and complex hard surfaces where traditional direct-to-object printers fail.
As a complete uv transfer sticker printer solution, it help your business to confidently brand challenging substrates like glass, metal, plastic, and coated wood. This isn't just another uv printer for stickers; it's a change about complete workflow . The integrated "print-and-laminate" process produces a ready-to-apply uv dtf printer sticker that requires no weeding and no heat press, making complex uv sticker printing exceptionally efficient and profitable. For print shops looking to expand into high-margin promotional goods, bespoke packaging, or industrial labeling, this uv dtf printer for stickers is the definitive tool.
Features the Epson i3200-U1 HD printhead, respected for its high-density nozzle configuration (600npi) and exceptional durability. The single-head design is a key advantage, simplifying calibration and maintenance—a crucial time-saver for any busy print shop.
Goes beyond standard CMYK to include a high-opacity White ink layer and a high-gloss Varnish. This allows for stunning, tactile 3D effects and textured finishes, enabling you to produce premium, high-margin durable uv dtf stickers.
This uv dtf stickers printer is built for real-world production. It features a responsive nozzle anti-collision system to protect the printhead from film buckles or debris. This is coupled with a full alarm system (Low Ink Level, Waste Ink Full, No Film) to prevent costly errors and allow for confident operation.
Powered by a robust Hansen (Hoson) mainboard and high-precision servo motors. This combination delivers stable, high-torque performance, eliminating the banding issues common in less-robust systems and ensuring reliability, shift after shift.
The system features a 4-zone adjustable vacuum suction platform to keep the 'A' film perfectly flat. Crucially, the adjustable-pressure lamination rollers ensure a flawless, bubble-free bond with the 'B' film, which is essential for consistent, high-quality transfers.
The RF-60Pro's integrated printing and lamination design streamlines production into a single, unattended process,if miss film, the alarm work. Its short-path design from print to lamination minimizes media waste, directly improving your bottom line on every run.
A standard-equipped UV ink fume extractor (mist filtration system) manages odors and maintains a cleaner workspace. The unit also includes a built-in anti-static bar to neutralize the film, preventing "fly-ink" (overspray) and ensuring sharp, precise dot placement.
