Yes. You just need to send us your material sample and artwork. Our team can conduct a print test and help you evaluate the color, adhesion, and finished effect before purchasing.
Yes. White ink can create an opaque base on dark or transparent materials, while varnish adds glossy effects. Raised textures are produced by printing multiple layers of white ink. These effects require a printer configured for white ink and varnish, along with the correct software settings for printing white and varnish ink.
Choose an A3 UV flatbed printer for smaller products, limited workspaces, and smaller production batches. Choose an A1 UV printer if you want to print bigger products or more items per batch. The right model depends on your maximum product size and expected production volume.
A UV flatbed printer can print directly on rigid materials such as acrylic, wood, metal, glass, plastic, leather, and ceramics, as well as phone cases, signs, and promotional products. It supports direct-to-object printing on flat products and cylindrical objects when equipped with a rotary attachment. With a vacuum table, it can also print UV DTF transfers for curved or irregularly shaped items.
For batch printing on rigid products, a medium or large-format UV flatbed printer with a larger print area and multi-product jigs is usually the most efficient choice. These printers can print multiple phone cases, PVC cards, acrylic signs, metal plates, promotional products, or other items in a single batch. An optional visual positioning system can further improve efficiency when printing products of different shapes or small items positioned at varying angles.
For apparel batch production, DTF printers are generally more flexible because multiple designs can be printed onto PET film and transferred to different garments when required. For batch printing on bottles and tumblers, a high-speed cylindrical UV printer with a rotary printing system is more suitable. The final choice should be based on product type, print size, order quantity and expected daily output.
