What is your warranty and tech support?
We offer 2 year warranty and lifetime maintenance for the printer except print heads, refill ink system or man-made damage.
About tech support, we have 10 professional technicians who offer one-to-one training online step by step and we will send you detailed instructions and manual videos. We offer all parts lifetime, so you don’t need to worry that you can’t find parts to replace after 2-3 years.
How to do maintenace if I don't use the printer for a long time?
The printer have automatic cleaning system, with keeping the printer on, it will activate every 4 hours. You can also setting the automatic cleaning time in printer software, we suggested cleaning every 4 hours or 8 hours. If you don't use for 3 days, you can put some protection liquid on capping station to make the nozzle moisturized. If you don't use it for a month, you could use cleaning liquid to clean the nozzle and our technician will share with you detailed operation video.
