What is your warranty and tech support?
We offer 2 year warranty and lifetime maintenance for the printer except print heads, refill ink system or man-made damage. About tech support, we have 10 professional technicians who will offer one-to-one training online step by step.
How to do maintenace if I don't use the printer for a long time?
The printer has automatic cleaning system, with keeping the printer on, it will activate every 4 hours. If you don't use for 3 days, you can put some protection liquid on capping station to make the nozzle moisturized. If you don't use it for a month, you could use cleaning liquid to clean the nozzle.
What's the payment way?
We support 100% payment by T/T, Western Union, credit card, Google Pay or paypal on Alibaba and for the distributor, we support 80% deposit and 20% before seeing BL.
