What's the payment way?
1) 100% in advance by T/T, Western Union, Credit card, or Paypal.
2) For the Distributor, 30% deposit, 70% before seeing BL.
3) For Exclusive Agent, LC, 50% deposit, 50% balance after received.
What about Warranty and tech support?
Refinecolor offers online tech support in English, we have 5 technicians who offer one-by-one training online; a Printer with a 2years warranty; printhead, refill inks system, cleaning unit, and damaged by a human without warranty! Refinecolor will insist on a small-size uv printer for the next 10years.
