The original F1080 Printhead instead of XP600 is manufactured for professional, high-precision inkjet equipment, ensuring:

The infrared sensor measures the height of the printing media (such as phone cases, metal sheets, acrylic panels, etc.).

To print on a curved surface, the UV printer uses a rotary device (also called a rotary jig or rotary axis).
How it works:
1. The cylindrical object is fixed onto the rotary attachment.
2. As the printhead moves horizontally, the rotary device rotates the cylinder synchronously.
3. This rotation ensures that every part of the curved surface passes under the printhead at the correct speed.
The UV printer vacuum table holds flat and thin materials securely in place during printing.
By drawing air through small holes in the platform, it helps reduce movement and keep thin substrates flat.
It is useful for holding UV DTF film flat and securely in place during printing to reduce film movement and edge curling, perfect for creating vibrant UV DTF transfers for custom logos, labels, and decorative designs on bottles, cups, helmets, and other products that are difficult to print on directly.
Small UV printers (A3/A4 size) don't generate as much heat as large industrial printers. For this level of heat output, a high-efficiency air-cooling UV lamp is better due to:
Fewer components;
No water tank, pump, or tubing;
Lower risk of breakdown;
No danger of water leakage damaging electronics
