Professional Solution for High-Quality Printing Distribution
The RF-ZZ2C A3 UV Printer delivers industry-leading precision with a 2880dpi high-resolution output, ensuring sharp text, vibrant graphics, and smooth gradients on diverse materials. As a versatile UV DTF printer option, it features advanced LED UV curing technology for instant drying—eliminating smudges and enabling immediate post-processing, which significantly boosts production efficiency for high-volume orders. It's an A3 printing size (330×600mm) that balances versatility and productivity, making it ideal for small to medium-sized businesses and distributors catering to varied client demands.
It is widely adopted in professional A3/A1 UV flatbed printers, hybrid printers, supporting:
Multi-layer printing (Color + White + Varnish in one pass);
ICC-based color management;
High-speed data processing for Epson printheads;
Smooth grayscale ink droplet control
The original F1080 Printhead instead of XP600 is manufactured for professional, high-precision inkjet equipment, ensuring:
Stable firing frequency;
Long-term reliability;
Consistent droplet formation；
Much lower failure rate
The infrared sensor measures the height of the printing media (such as phone cases, metal sheets, acrylic panels, etc.).
Detect the highest point of the material;
Automatically adjust the printhead or platform height;
Prevent the printhead from hitting the material;
Reduces the risk of printhead damage and machine downtime
To print on a curved surface, the UV printer uses a rotary device (also called a rotary jig or rotary axis).
How it works:
1. The cylindrical object is fixed onto the rotary attachment.
2. As the printhead moves horizontally, the rotary device rotates the cylinder synchronously.
3. This rotation ensures that every part of the curved surface passes under the printhead at the correct speed.
The UV printer vacuum table holds flat and thin materials securely in place during printing.
By drawing air through small holes in the platform, it helps reduce movement and keep thin substrates flat.
It is useful for holding UV DTF film flat and securely in place during printing to reduce film movement and edge curling, perfect for creating vibrant UV DTF transfers for custom logos, labels, and decorative designs on bottles, cups, helmets, and other products that are difficult to print on directly.
Small UV printers (A3/A4 size) don't generate as much heat as large industrial printers. For this level of heat output, a high-efficiency air-cooling UV lamp is better due to:
Fewer components;
No water tank, pump, or tubing;
Lower risk of breakdown;
No danger of water leakage damaging electronics
Besides, the adjustable air-cooled UV lamp lets you control curing intensity to suit different materials, ensuring stable performance during printing.

What materials can the ZZ2C A3 Flatbed UV Printer print on?
The ZZ2C China A3 UV flatbed printer supports direct printing on acrylic, wood, metal, leather, plastic, phone cases, golf balls and other rigid products. With an optional rotary attachment, it can also print on cylindrical items such as bottles and tumblers. With the vacuum table, it can also print UV transfer stickers for irregularly shaped items. Its 330 × 600 mm printing area makes it suitable for personalized gifts and small-batch production.
Can the ZZ2C A3 UV printing machine create glossy and 3D embossed printing effects?
Yes. The ZZ2C UV Printer uses two genuine Epson F1080 printheads, with one dedicated to CMYK and white ink and the other to varnish. Multiple printed layers can create raised textures, glossy highlights, rhinestone-like effects, and mother-of-pearl inlay effects, adding visual depth to customized products without using real gemstones or shell inlays.
How does the ZZ2C A3 size UV printer protect the printhead during printing?
The ZZ2C A3 UV DTF printer features an infrared height sensor and a built-in vacuum table. The infrared sensor helps detect excessive material height to reduce the risk of printhead collisions, while the vacuum table keeps thin materials and UV DTF film securely in place for more stable printing.
What is the difference between the ZZ1C and ZZ2C A3 UV Printers?
The ZZ1C is equipped with a single Epson F1080 printhead for CMYK and white ink printing, making it suitable for basic customization, tumbler and mugs printing. The ZZ2C features dual Epson F1080 printheads, including a dedicated varnish printhead, plus a standard vacuum table. For glossy finishes, 3D embossed effects, and UV DTF stickers, the ZZ2C A3 UV printer is the better choice.
